We make them from a blend of several types of locally produced DEM flour. The noodles are semi-cooked, meat-free and thermally processed, and most of the spices come from the fields around Kulpin.

Preparation instructions
How to prepare them?
Put the noodles into 300 ml of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes
Cup pack: pour boiling water up to the line, cover and leave for 3 minutes.
Add the seasoning mix (and chilli sauce if you like)
Stir well.
Serve as a snack, a light soup or a full meal
