Ingredients you’ll need
- 1 pack of oyster mushrooms
- 1 pack of HAS noodles
- Soy sauce or teriyaki
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 spring onion
- a chilli pepper
- pepper
- corn starch (such as Gustin) or tapioca starch

Preparation steps
- Soak the noodles in boiling water and leave them to soften.
- Coat the oyster mushrooms in a mixture of corn starch, pepper, garlic and salt.
- Fry them in a little oil, then add soy sauce.
- Drain the noodles, leaving just a little of the cooking water.
- Pour the noodles over the oyster mushrooms and let everything come together.
- Add the spring onion.
- Season the noodles with pepper and chilli.
